Deletion permanently removes your Cryptaverse account and everything stored on our servers. It cannot be reversed, by you or by us.

Sign-in credentials, active sessions, subscription and certificate records

Published content

Public blocks and stacks, together with all media attached to them

Engagement

Comments, follows and reactions — both yours, and everything others left on your blocks

Public profile

Display name, biography and picture, if you published them

Files

Safety Deposit Box backups, Relay transfers and Drive files, including transfers still in flight

Groups

Any group you created, removed for every member

Your encrypted vault is held on your own device and is never sent to us, so account deletion does not reach it. Remove the app to clear local data.

Request Deletion

Enter the email address your account is registered to. We will send a confirmation link to that address. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm.

Other Ways to Delete

You can delete your account inside the app at Settings → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to your registered email, write to contact@jclabs.tech. We will ask you to establish ownership of the account before acting on the request.

This is the final step. Selecting the option below permanently deletes your Cryptaverse account and everything listed under Scope of Deletion.
