Your vault password derives your encryption key locally. It never leaves your device. We cannot read your vault under any circumstances.
Free, Individual, and Family tiers have no password recovery. Gone is gone. This is not a bug — it's the security guarantee that makes the rest possible.
Dead drop messages are encrypted before they reach our servers. We route ciphertext we cannot decrypt. We are not responsible for content we cannot see.
